Shantui builds ten concrete mixing series, covering production rates from 18 m³/h for UHPC up to 300 m³/h for commercial ready-mix plants. The range serves ready-mix producers, road and rail projects, bridges and port works, shipboard operations, mountain terrain and precast yards.
The commercial side is formed by the M, D, T and L series for ready-mix supply and large projects. The engineering side covers purpose-built stations for high-speed rail, marine platforms and ships, mountain terrain, mobile work sites and ultra-high-performance concrete. Common configurations include twin-shaft mixers with gas-sealed shaft ends, pulse reverse-bag dust collectors, belt or skip aggregate feeding, and computer batching control with moisture monitoring. Marine and ship-mounted stations are quoted with containerized structures and seaworthy layouts; the UHPC station ships with steel-fibre weighing scales. Mixer sizes, silo capacity, dust extraction and operator manuals can be adapted for the target market.
The Shantui Concrete Batching Plants is a construction machine built for earthmoving, road building, mining and infrastructure projects. It combines a Weichai engine, hydraulic system and robust frame to deliver high productivity in hot, dusty and high-altitude environments.
