Shantui's current grader line-up covers five models from the 14.8 t SG17-G to the 19.5 t SG27-G MN mining grader, all built on the company's new platform. Engines meet China Stage IV emissions, and power ranges from 132 kW to 206 kW.
Two models are purpose-built for open-pit mines (SG24-G MN, SG27-G MN) with wet-disc brake axles and reinforced structures. Common configurations include moldboards of 3,600 / 3,660 / 3,965 / 4,270 mm, a front dozer, rear ripper, mid or front scarifier, blade obstacle avoidance and centralized lubrication. The SG19-G can be quoted with the SSC2.0 auto-blade package and network differential support. Engines meet China Stage IV; emission calibration, wiring, paint and operator manuals can be adapted for the target market.
