Shantui
The SG19-G is the smart model in Shantui's grader line-up. Rated at 140 kW, it is built on the same new platform as the SG17-G and SG21-G, with the SSC2.0 intelligent control system added on top.
The SSC2.0 platform controls the moldboard automatically and merges the display terminal with the machine instruments. It lowers the operator skill requirement, and the 360-degree camera package makes night and urban road work safer. Typical applications are road building and road maintenance.
Grading accuracy meets high-standard requirements. The working range reaches 10 km with network differential support. Grading productivity roughly doubles compared with conventional work, fuel cost drops by more than 30%, and survey crew is cut by about 90%.
A Stage IV engine that needs no DEF, for convenient operation and low running cost. Shantui's own torque-converter drivetrain shifts smoothly and is proven in the field.
The A-pillar-less ROPS/FOPS cab gives all-round visibility, with a new vibration and noise reduction package for low in-cab noise.
Electronic hand and foot throttle with one-pedal constant speed; electronic travel control for smooth shifts. The multi-position adjustable console adapts to different operator sizes.
Blade obstacle avoidance can be specified for custom work. A front dozer, rear ripper, mid or front scarifier and 3,965 or 3,600 mm moldboards cover special applications.
A large fuel tank with ground-level refueling (no DEF) saves time. The slewing-ring work group needs no adjustment, the cutting edge life is raised by 50%, and grease points are all at ground level.

The SSC2.0 auto-blade package with network differential support is the standard build; moldboards of 3,600 or 3,965 mm, a front dozer, rear ripper and scarifier options are available. The system is set up for road maintenance contractors and highway projects.
