Frequently asked questions

If your question is not covered below, send us a message via the contact page and our export team will reply within one working day.

1. What payment terms do you accept?

Standard export terms are T/T 30% deposit against order, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading before shipment. For established customers and larger projects, we accept L/C at sight issued by a first-class international bank. Longer-term deferred payment may be available for government-backed or Sinosure-insured projects.

2. What Incoterms do you support?

We typically quote FOB Qingdao (main Chinese port for Shandong-manufactured equipment). CIF to your destination port, CFR, and DAP to site are also available — let us know which term you prefer when requesting a quote.

3. How long is the lead time?

Stock models (standard configurations) ship within 7–15 working days after deposit confirmation. Custom configurations, special emissions editions or fleet orders typically take 30–45 days. Wide-body mining trucks and complete plant installations (batching plants, asphalt plants) run 45–60 days depending on scope.

4. How is equipment shipped?

Wheel loaders, excavators, forklifts and roller compactors ship by RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) vessel or breakbulk. Bulldozers, motor graders and mining trucks are usually stripped and flat-racked or shipped as breakbulk. Engines, transmissions and axles go in 20'/40' containers. We arrange all export packing, lashing and shipping photographs.

5. What documents do you provide?

For each export order we provide: commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading (or airway bill), Certificate of Origin (CCPIT), export customs declaration, and the relevant product certificates (CE, ISO, emission certificates — see our Certifications page). We can also arrange SGS / BV pre-shipment inspection on request.

6. What is the warranty?

Standard warranty is 12 months from date of delivery at destination, or 2,000 working hours, whichever occurs first. This covers manufacturing defects in engines, transmissions, axles, hydraulic systems and structural components. Wear items (filters, brake linings, cutting edges, tires) are excluded. Extended warranty and full maintenance contracts are available for fleet customers.

7. Can you configure equipment for local conditions?

Yes. Common export adaptations include: tropical cooling packages for 50°C+ ambient, arctic packages with block heaters for -30°C, dust-sealed air intake systems for mining sites, cold-start batteries, English (or Russian / Spanish / Arabic) operator manuals, and local-voltage electrical systems. Tell us your site conditions when requesting a quote.

8. Do you offer financing or leasing?

For large project orders, we can coordinate with China Exim Bank, Sinosure (China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation) and partner leasing companies. This typically requires a sovereign or corporate guarantee and a formal project proposal. Contact our export team with your project scope for a financing discussion.

9. Can I inspect the equipment before shipment?

Yes. We welcome customer or third-party inspection (SGS, BV, CCIC) at our plants in Jinan, Weifang, Jining, Xi'an or Weifang before shipment. We also share factory test reports, commissioning videos and detailed inspection photos upon request.

10. How do you handle after-sales overseas?

We ship genuine spare parts from our Jinan warehouse by air (3–7 days) or sea (bulk). For major projects, our technicians travel to site for commissioning and operator training. In markets with appointed dealers, warranty and service are handled locally — see our Overseas Network page for regional coverage.
