How support works

One export platform, regional service coverage

SDHI Group is the export arm of Shandong Heavy Industry Group. Alongside factory-direct sales from Jinan, we work with authorised distributors and service partners in key overseas markets. Products are covered by the group's standard 12-month / 2,000-hour warranty, supported by a central spare-parts warehouse in Jinan and regional stock points.

🇸🇬 Southeast Asia

Coverage: Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos. Earthmoving, mining and road-building fleets supported through local distributors. Jakarta and Manila serve as regional service hubs.

🇦🇪 Middle East & North Africa

Coverage: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco. Desert-condition packages (dust seals, heavy-duty cooling, pre-heaters) and regional parts stock in Jebel Ali and Jeddah.

🌍 Sub-Saharan Africa

Coverage: South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, DRC, Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia. Mining fleets (wide-body trucks, excavators, dozers) supported by dealer technicians on long-term project rotations.

🇷🇺 CIS & Russia

Coverage: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan. Cold-climate packages (block heaters, arctic-grade lubricants, cold-start batteries) and Russian-language operator manuals.

🌎 Latin America

Coverage: Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia. Mining, agriculture and road construction segments supported with Spanish / Portuguese documentation.

🌏 South Asia & Oceania

Coverage: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Australia, New Zealand. Agricultural equipment (LOVOL tractors/harvesters) and construction machinery with regional dealer support.

What we provide in each market

Spare parts supply

Central warehouse in Jinan ships genuine Weichai, FAST, HanDe, Shantui and LOVOL parts by air or sea. Fast-moving wear parts (filters, belts, brake pads, cutting edges) are stocked in regional hubs for 48-hour dispatch where available.

On-site commissioning & training

For new fleets and major projects, our factory technicians travel to site for commissioning, operator training and maintenance-team handover. English (and where required, Russian, Spanish or Portuguese) instruction.

Warranty support

Standard warranty: 12 months from delivery or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first. Extended warranty and maintenance contracts available for fleet customers and long-term projects.
