04Export-aware configuration

We do not ship domestic-spec machines overseas by default. Every export order is reviewed for destination: ambient temperature (tropical / arctic), emission standard (Stage II / IIIA / IIIB / V), operator-manual language (English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic), electrical voltage, and local certification requirements.

05Real after-sales, not a promise

We keep a central spare-parts warehouse in Jinan and stock fast-moving wear parts in regional hubs. For new fleets, our technicians travel to site for commissioning and operator training. Warranty is 12 months / 2,000 hours, extendable for fleet customers.

06Long-term partnership mindset

We would rather sell you one machine a year for ten years than one container once. Our export team works with dealers, contractors and miners across Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and CIS on multi-year fleet programs, not one-off spot sales.
