Shantui
The SG21-G is a general-purpose motor grader on Shantui's new platform, rated at 162 kW. It uses a torque-converter drive that adapts to load and distributes power automatically.
The machine covers roadbed building, fine surface grading, material spreading, ditching and side cutting, and snow removal. It is commonly used on road projects, agricultural and water works, urban construction and airports.
A Shantui-Weichai jointly developed Stage IV power system delivers steady output with a large installed base and low service cost. Shantui's own torque-converter drivetrain shifts smoothly and has a strong field record.
Electronic hand and foot throttle with one-pedal constant speed; electronic travel control for smooth shifts and low operator effort. The multi-position adjustable console offers a wide range of positions for different operator sizes.
The industry-first A-pillar-less six-face ROPS/FOPS cab gives an unobstructed view, together with a vibration and noise reduction package and a high-capacity heating and air-conditioning unit.
Load-sensing hydraulics and blade obstacle avoidance are available. A front dozer, rear ripper, mid or front scarifier and 4,270, 3,965 or 3,600 mm moldboards cover special applications.
A large fuel and DEF tank with ground-level filling supports 16 hours of continuous heavy work. The slewing-ring work group needs no adjustment, the cutting edge life is doubled, and grease points are all at ground level.
