Shantui
The SG24-G MN is a mid-size mining motor grader on Shantui's new platform, rated at 177 kW. It is aimed at mine road grading, dump-site leveling, pioneer road opening, and snow and drainage work on open-pit sites.
Weichai Stage IV power goes through a ZF automatic powershift transmission to a mining drive rear axle. Electronic travel control and a multi-position console keep the operator fresh across long shifts.
Weichai Stage IV engine matched to a ZF automatic powershift transmission for high tractive effort and lower running cost. The mining drive rear axle uses a dual-circuit brake system and a dual-curve brake valve for light pedal effort and consistent stopping.
Electronic hand and foot throttle enable automatic shifting and one-pedal constant speed. The electronic travel control gives smooth shifts, and the multi-position adjustable console adapts to different operator sizes.
The A-pillar-less ROPS/FOPS cab provides all-round visibility. A new vibration and noise reduction package keeps in-cab noise low.
Reinforced transmission, frames and work group are specified for mining duty. Options include blade obstacle avoidance and centralized lubrication; a front dozer, rear ripper and 3,965 or 4,270 mm moldboard cover special applications.
A large fuel tank with ground-level refueling and DEF filling saves time. The slewing-ring work group needs no adjustment, and the wear-resistant dual slide rails and wide cutting edge double blade life. Ground-level lubrication removes elevated grease points.
