Shantui
The SG27-G MN is a mining-class motor grader built on Shantui's new platform. Rated at 206 kW, it targets mine road grading, dump-site leveling, pioneer road opening, and snow and drainage work in open-pit mines.
A Weichai Stage IV engine is matched to a ZF automatic powershift transmission, and the machine uses a mining wet-disc brake axle. The work group is hydraulically controlled, the travel control is electronic and low-effort, and the pressurized cab is built for long shifts on rough mine sites.
Weichai Stage IV engine matched to a ZF automatic powershift transmission, with high tractive effort and lower service cost. The mining wet-disc brake axle uses a dual-circuit brake system and a dual-curve brake valve, so the pedal effort stays light and stopping is consistent.
Electronic hand and foot throttle enable automatic shifting and one-pedal constant speed. The electronic travel control delivers smooth shifts and reduces operator fatigue. A multi-position adjustable console suits different operator sizes.
The A-pillar-less ROPS/FOPS cab gives an unobstructed all-round view. A new vibration and noise reduction package keeps in-cab noise low for long shifts.
The transmission, front and rear frames and work group are reinforced for mining duty. Options include blade obstacle avoidance and centralized lubrication; a front dozer, rear ripper and 3,965 mm moldboard can be added for special duties.
A large fuel tank with ground-level refueling and DEF filling saves time. The slewing-ring work group turns smoothly without adjustment; the wear-resistant dual slide rails and wide cutting edge double blade life. Ground-level lubrication removes elevated grease points.

Moldboard width can be specified at 3,965 or 4,270 mm, and the machine can be ordered with a front dozer, rear ripper, centralized lubrication and blade obstacle avoidance. Paint, branding and operator manuals in target-market languages are available on request.
