Shantui
The R-Series marine mixing plant is engineered for concrete production on waterborne platforms, for cross-sea and cross-river bridges and other over-water construction.
The plant uses a compact containerized layout that cuts footprint by about 20% and lowers platform build cost. Twin powder silos are arranged centrally, and the structure tolerates platform settlement and typhoon exposure. A large one-time material load supports up to 2,000 m³ of concrete. Sand–gravel separation and wastewater treatment keep discharge to zero, and covered silo roofs allow work in rain and snow.
