Shantui
The T-Series is the tower-type ready-mix plant. Aggregate bins sit on the tower roof, which shortens material paths and leaves a large tower cross-section for high continuous output, from 120 to 300 m³/h.
The layout pairs well with vertical sand-and-gravel storage towers for smaller footprint and larger stock, and zero-gap multi-truck loading keeps the dispatch queue moving.
Real output meets or exceeds the theoretical rating. A twin-shaft four-spiral mixer with gas-sealed shaft ends handles the daily mix, and steady aggregate flow keeps continuous discharge going.
A ground-bin loading system with inclined belt conveyor fits a range of site shapes.
Overhead aggregate bins and a large tower cross-section give high output and roomy access for inspection.
The plant pairs with vertical sand-and-gravel silos: smaller footprint, larger reserve. Zero-gap multi-truck, multi-task loading saves about 20 seconds per truck.
Online slump monitoring shows the mixing state in real time.
Dual-control, dual-machine set-up with hot data backup, so a fault switches the plant over without downtime. One operator runs two plants.
