Shantui wheeled cold recyclers mill and mix the existing asphalt pavement in place, blending in new binder and water to rebuild the road base without hauling material off site. The current range covers three models from 21.9 t to 33.6 t, each with a 2,300 mm-wide mixing rotor and a Weichai engine rated at 353 to 566 kW.

Common configurations include imported cutting-tool packages, automatic water-spray systems, 360-degree camera packages and crab/front-rear steering. Engines meet China Stage IV on the DGL480-G2 and DGL530-G2, with Stage III on the DGL800M; emission level, wiring and operator manuals can be adapted for the target market. Paint and branding are available on request.
