The DGL530-G2 is a wheeled road cold recycler built for upgrading existing asphalt pavements on county and rural roads, chiefly in-place base-layer cold recycling. It can also be used for in-place mixing of stabilized base and sub-base material on highways, urban and rural roads, airports, ports, parking areas and plazas.
The machine pairs a Weichai electronic fuel-injection engine with a Linde hydraulic system and Meichie axles. Its 2,300 mm-wide mixing rotor reaches 400 mm depth, and the cab is a frame-type ROPS/FOPS structure with a pressurized interior, air conditioning and a standard 360-degree camera system.
Weichai electronic engine meets China non-road Stage IV emissions with good parts commonality and lower service cost. The driveline pairs a Weichai electronic-injection engine with Linde hydraulics, and power, efficiency and fuel use are matched to the actual load.
A new frame-type ROPS/FOPS cab provides a safe, comfortable and reliable environment. The seat has a wide adjustment range, and controls, pedals and seat are arranged for comfortable operation. A spacious cab with sound-absorbing trim, roof-mounted heating and air conditioning, a 360-degree camera system, 24 V power outlet, Bluetooth radio, sunblind, front and rear wipers and coat hooks round out the package.
The work equipment controls are light and responsive for precise mixing operation.
Optimized tool layout uses imported cutting tools, and the rotor has ample mixing chamber volume. Imported hydraulic pumps and motors run efficiently and stably, Meichie axles deliver traction, and the rotor drive is infinitely variable and adjustable.
Articulated frame and working-equipment structures are reinforced with proven welding quality. Hydraulic components come from established domestic and international brands. The electrical system uses LED lighting, oil-level display and GPS, with an optimized master battery switch and reverse alarm. A series-connected integrated radiator makes efficient use of space.
Filters and service points are repositioned for straightforward daily maintenance.
