Shantui
The DGL480-G2 is a wheeled road cold recycler used for upgrading existing asphalt pavements on county and rural roads, chiefly in-place base-layer cold recycling. It also supports in-place mixing of stabilized base and sub-base material on highways, urban and rural roads, airports, ports, parking areas and plazas.
The machine pairs a Weichai electronic engine meeting China non-road Stage IV emissions with Linde hydraulics, and uses an integrated frame with a moulded cab. Its 2,300 mm rotor reaches 400 mm depth, with two milling speed gears.
The golden drivetrain pairs a Weichai electronic engine with Linde hydraulics for good power matching. Emissions meet China non-road Stage IV, and power, efficiency and fuel use are balanced for smart operation. Parts are interchangeable to keep service cost down.
A newly optimized cab uses a moulded body and large door for a wider view and modern appearance, with a frame structure for safe, comfortable and reliable operation. The seat has a wide adjustment range, and controls, pedals and seat are arranged for comfort.
Work-equipment controls are light and responsive; two milling speed gears are available to match the job and keep productivity high.
An optimized tool layout uses imported cutting tools, and the rotor provides ample mixing chamber volume. Imported-brand hydraulic pumps and motors run efficiently and stably, and Meichie axles supply traction.
Integrated frame and working-equipment structures are reinforced with proven welding. Hydraulic components come from established domestic and international brands. The electrical system uses LED lighting, oil-level display and GPS, with an optimized master battery switch and reverse alarm. A series-connected integrated radiator uses space efficiently.
Filters and service points are repositioned for straightforward daily maintenance.
