Shantui
The D-Series is Shantui's urban, space-saving ready-mix plant. The main tower occupies about 53% less area and uses about 13% less energy than a conventional plant of the same output, which matters inside city boundaries where land is expensive.
Powder silos sit on the tower roof and the external cladding frame merges with the main structure, so both footprint and enclosure cost stay down. The range covers 120 to 300 m³/h.

High-accuracy weighing and efficient mixing together keep concrete quality high. A twin-shaft four-spiral mixer with gas-sealed shaft ends handles the daily output.
The concrete foundation below the mixer leaves room that can be fitted out as a storage room.
A dedicated batching controller samples at high speed with a fall-compensation algorithm. Weighers calibrate without test weights, and online aggregate moisture measurement protects concrete quality.
Dual-control, dual-machine set-up lets one operator run two plants at once.
