Shantui
The C-Series shipborne plant is a concrete mixing station built into a vessel, integrating material storage, weighing and mixing on board.
The integrated hull structure gives the vessel high stability, rated for typhoon 13 and magnitude 5 seismic conditions at sea. The weighing hoppers use tie-rod balance scales that hold accuracy while the ship rolls. Large aggregate and powder silos let one load supply 250–1,000 m³ of concrete, and sand–gravel separation with wastewater treatment keeps discharge to zero.
Storage, weighing and mixing are combined in one unit for high weighing accuracy and production efficiency.
