Shantui
The M-Series is Shantui's high-productivity commercial concrete mixing plant, sized from 120 to 270 m³/h. It is built for ready-mix supply, large construction projects and medium-to-large precast yards.
The plant pairs a twin-shaft four-spiral mixer with ground-bin aggregate batching and belt conveying, and it adds pulse bag dust collection and AI-assisted truck loading control.
Ground-bin aggregate batching gives stable dosing and a safer layout. The space-braced steel frame keeps the main tower rigid on site.
A twin-shaft four-spiral mixer with gas-sealed shaft ends delivers high output and consistent concrete quality. Sand and gravel move by belt conveyor, and belt abnormality detection stops the conveyor before damage spreads.
Conveying and weighing are matched as one tuned package, which Shantui quotes as lifting real-site productivity by about 17% over the theoretical figure.
Every dust collector uses pulse reverse-blow bag filters for high separation efficiency.
Mixing and discharge times are matched automatically to the mix design and strength class. Vision AI checks truck position and fill level to prevent spillover, and sensors self-learn and self-diagnose so faults are located quickly.
