Shantui tracked asphalt pavers cover paving widths from 1.8 m to 12.5 m for subgrade, stabilized-base and asphalt work on highways, bridges, airports and municipal streets. The current line-up has seven models: two mechanically assembled 9 m and 12 m machines, a full-width telescopic paver, a 12.5 m side-extending paver, a 9 m hydraulic-telescopic paver with an intelligent 3D version, and a compact 4.5 m municipal machine.
All models pair a Cummins B6.7 or SDEC SC4H+ engine meeting China Stage IV with an EPEC control system, a MOBA contact leveling system and independent left/right conveyor and auger drives. Electric pins, centralized lubrication, electric diesel spray and a truck-guidance system are available on most models. Common options include electric pins, electric lifting roof, centralized lubrication, electric diesel spray and a truck-guidance system. The SPS90-Gi adds a 3D paving system that removes traditional stakes and string lines. Engines meet China Stage IV; emission level, wiring and operator manuals can be adapted for the target market, and minimum order quantities apply for special builds.
The Shantui Asphalt Pavers is a construction machine built for earthmoving, road building, mining and infrastructure projects. It combines a Weichai engine, hydraulic system and robust frame to deliver high productivity in hot, dusty and high-altitude environments.
