The SPF82-G is a full-width telescopic tracked asphalt paver fitted with a stepless 3-8.2 m telescopic screed. It is aimed at asphalt surface and stabilized-base paving on highways of all classes, and it suits variable-width road maintenance work.
The paver pairs a 221 kW Cummins B6.7 engine meeting China Stage IV with an intelligent control system, an efficient conveyor-and-auger system and a stable travel drive. Machine weight is 32,000 kg.
The 221 kW Cummins Stage IV engine has a large power reserve for every job. ECO mode handles most work while cutting noise and fuel use, which is practical and clean.
Conveyor, auger, vibrator and vibration functions start with one button and switch between modes automatically, with the engine re-accelerating on its own. Power-on self-check, automatic fault diagnosis, full-operation guidance and real-time prompts let operators start fast. The upgraded lock, flexible push and winter anti-climb functions give imprint-free starts.
The three-section interleaved screed telescopes freely from 3 to 8.2 m. The box-type telescopic frame with a heavy-section frame stays stable even at maximum width. A high-pressure closed vibratory system keeps compaction even, and the new square electric heating layout raises heating uniformity by 30 percent for less paving color difference. Variable-speed telescoping lets the screed extend fast and adjust precisely.
Independent left/right microcomputer proportional hydraulic control gives good low-speed stability and straight-line travel. The Shantui undercarriage wears well and lasts long, keeping paving speed steady. Automatic hydraulic tensioning removes daily maintenance, and the disc-spring anti-shock design lowers tensioning force to extend track life.
The large-capacity hopper takes material quickly and cuts truck-switch time for continuous paving on difficult sites. Twin flip cylinders speed up hopper closing and raise productivity. The thickened hopper bottom plate with high-strength supports stands up to truck weight.
Left/right independent conveyor and auger drives, with segmented material-level control and ultrasonic sensing, keep the material level stable and even. The auger system uses an EDEM-optimized segmented layout with variable-pitch, variable-diameter transition flights for less segregation. The movable plate lifts hydraulically with no-tool bolts, and the rotating baffle and quick-connect auger rod cut setup time.
The console slides left and right and tilts fore and aft to suit different operators. The floating seat swivels outside the machine for a clear view of paving. The fiberglass roof extends on both sides for shade and rain. A USB power port charges phones, and the seat armrest has a cup holder and phone slot. A manual hydraulic pump lifts the cab roof and exhaust pipe together for transport, and mirrors show the left and right auger material level.
The wide-opening engine hood and side doors put every pump, control valve and filter within reach. An electric centralized lubrication system greases the scraper conveyor and auger bearings automatically, and an electric diesel spray device simplifies asphalt cleanup and cuts daily service time.
