The SPS45-G AC is a compact, cost-effective paver with strong paving output of up to 360 t/h and good paving quality. It is aimed at municipal non-motor vehicle lanes, park and residential roads, rural road construction and general road maintenance.
The SDEC 95.6 kW engine meets China Stage IV emissions with low noise and strong output, covering a wide range of jobs. An ECO mode saves fuel and cuts noise.
An imported Finnish EPEC controller works with Shantui's smart management system for continuous, stable paving. A large color display monitors work parameters in real time and runs fault diagnosis. A MOBA contact-type leveling system comes standard for high accuracy and interference resistance. The upgraded three-parameter screed lifting control adapts to different jobs with imprint-free stops.
Double-support multi-stage slide rails with a high-strength frame resist deformation and stay stable at maximum width. Paving width runs from 1.8 to 4.5 m, with a stepless range of 1.8-3.2 m, and a single-vibrator compaction unit covers a wide range of jobs. The new electric heating reaches over 100 °C on the screed plate within 15 minutes, which cuts downtime.
The fully hydraulic closed travel system with a three-stage reducer gives stronger drive and low-speed stability. The Shantui undercarriage wears well and lasts long, keeping paving speed steady. Automatic track tensioning removes daily maintenance.
The large reinforced hopper keeps work continuous. Both sides of the hopper are controlled independently, and the push roller folds with the hopper so feeding works even against walls and obstacles. The dump height of 580 mm is the lowest in the class, so trucks unload smoothly, and the thickened hopper bottom plate resists deformation.
Left/right independent conveyor and auger drives, with segmented material-level control and ultrasonic sensing, keep the material level stable and even. The conveyor has a reverse function to clear blockages. The extra-narrow auger box reduces center segregation, and the auger lifts hydraulically with no-tool bolts for quick thickness changes.
The console slides left and right and tilts fore and aft to suit different operators. The floating seat swivels outside the machine for a clear view of paving. The fiberglass roof extends on both sides for shade and rain. A USB power port charges phones, and the seat armrest has a cup holder and phone slot. A manual hydraulic pump lifts the cab roof and exhaust pipe together for transport, and mirrors show the left and right auger material level.
The wide-opening engine hood and side doors put every pump, control valve and filter within reach. An electric centralized lubrication system greases the scraper conveyor and auger bearings automatically, and an electric diesel spray device simplifies asphalt cleanup and cuts daily service time.
