Shantui
The LE20-X5 is Shantui's 2 t-class battery-electric wheel loader, with a compact design that fits tight, confined work sites. It replaces manual handling in warehouses, farms, municipal works and small infrastructure projects, with a range of available attachments for loading, stacking and light road work.
The machine is efficient and economical, quiet and safe, and flexible enough for repeated short-cycle handling.
A Weichai New Energy pack, 75 kWh standard with 55/102 kWh options, gives stable, strong output. Single-gun fast charging fills the pack in about one hour.
A central pivot articulation integrates steering and oscillation for a compact layout. Overall height is only 2600 mm with a 1530 mm rear overhang and an outside-tyre turning radius below 4300 mm, so the machine works well in narrow sites. Front and rear axle loads are balanced and the full-tip load reaches 4000 kg, which meets the 2 t rated-load requirement.
A newly developed cab looks tidy, feels roomy and gives a wide view. The pilot single joystick integrates FNR and KD selection with the horn, the self-aligning armrest box moves with the seat, and push-button start comes as standard.
An 8-inch touchscreen shows the rear-view camera, climate control, mode selection and parameter calibration, with traction, travel speed and energy recovery adjustable on the display.
The hood opens wide to the rear for large service space. The cooling fan is exposed for easy maintenance, and the low machine height lets the operator service it standing.
