The L76-G meets China Stage IV with a 7 t-class rated load built for mining heavy duty while still handling loose-material and light tasks. Its 3550 mm wheelbase and 2380 mm track, Weichai H-series high-efficiency engine, DANA fully automatic transmission and positive-variable displacement hydraulics balance power, fuel saving, comfort and stability.
It is suited to medium and heavy work in metal mines, cement plants, ports and coal yards.
Weichai WP10H Stage IV engine with combustion efficiency near 50%, tuned for low-speed torque with little droop under load. Light, medium and heavy working modes match site duty, and an optional fuel-heating water separator handles low-temperature work.
DANA electric-proportional powershift transmission, F4/R3. In auto mode the box downshifts one gear smoothly as the bucket enters the material; manual mode with KD forces 2nd-to-1st downshifts. A reinforced heavy drive axle with cast oscillating frame suits severe sites; the wide track extends hub-bearing life, and three brake calipers per side give stronger braking.
Pilot-controlled positive-variable hydraulics: when the joystick is neutral, the work pump cuts out at low pressure, and flow is supplied on demand by load. Compared with a fixed-displacement system, single-circuit savings are over 15%. The single pilot lever integrates FNR and KD to reduce operator fatigue.
The one-piece sealed cab is quiet, with heating and air conditioning standard. Buttons, switches, lever and pedals are reworked for ergonomics, and the steering column and mechanical-suspension seat adjust freely. Large side glass and a rear wiper glass give an optimized view, and the CAN instrument reports live data with self-diagnosis alarms.
Frame, boom and cab structures went through CAE static and modal analysis for long-cycle life. The wide-bore articulation uses double tapered-roller bearings for high load capacity, and the newly designed linkage delivers more force and smoother, faster movement.
Wide-opening engine covers with an upward-opening rear door leave large service space; daily checks, oil and fluid fills are done from ground level or the platform. An automatic centralized lubrication system is optional.
Machine data and location are collected and visualized on phone and web dashboards, with remote control of key information.
A rear-view monitor and LED work lights are standard for better visibility; a 360-degree surround-view system and ultrasonic rear sensors are optional.
