Shantui
The SE500LC is a 50 t-class hydraulic excavator built around a Weichai WP14T engine paired with Linde hydraulics. The combination is tuned for smooth combined movements, fast response and all-day reliability on heavy duties.
It is used in mine development and coal mining, water-conservancy projects, and highway and bridge construction. No SCR urea is required, which removes refilling and regeneration downtime on remote sites.
Weichai WP14T with large torque reserve and no exhaust aftertreatment, so there is no urea refilling and no regeneration stop. Running stays simpler and cheaper on long remote shifts.
A 249 cc main pump, on the high end for this tonnage class, delivers high flow, fast response and low shock; fuel consumption stays low at the same output.
A hydraulically driven integrated cooling pack uses a reversible fan for cooling and dust cleaning in one, and the radiator can be blown out from inside the cab at the push of a button.
Boom and arm box sections are enlarged and widened, for higher reliability and longer service life on digging and loading cycles.
