The SRT30H-G is a 30 t-class hydraulic pneumatic-tire roller for asphalt layers, stabilized soil and lime-fly ash soil compaction on highways, airfields, provincial roads and municipal roads.
Hydraulic drive gives infinitely variable speed and smooth starts. A Dongfeng Cummins Stage IV electronic engine and heavy-duty hydraulic system deliver high ground pressure over a five-front / six-rear tire arrangement, with a compaction width of 2,750 mm.
Hydraulic drive starts and stops gently, with little shock to the mat. The front axle oscillates at three points to keep compaction even on uneven ground. The five-front / six-rear tire layout delivers wide compaction, high contact pressure and high output on lime-fly ash, stabilized base and asphalt mixes, on plains as well as hilly sites.
DOC + DPF aftertreatment needs no urea dosing. The engine runs a 500-hour service interval. The 60 L hydraulic oil tank keeps filter and oil changes low cost. A one-key economy setting cuts fuel use by 8-12% on medium and light duty.
A large glued-glass cab gives a wide view with in-cab noise down to 83 dB. Six LED work lights support night work. The molded console with 8-inch display and a steering column that tilts 30 degrees fits operators of different heights. Single-lever travel control includes a neutral-position indicator. The L/M/H three-stage throttle lets the operator match engine speed to the duty. Rear tires extend 220 mm beyond the frame and carry tire lighting. The 12-position water spray system is set to mat speed and layer thickness.
Engine and hydraulic filters are external, serviceable with the hood open. The water tank and rear hatch tilt open for work on the rear axle, booster pump and water pump. The door gives access to the air tank, battery and air filter. Rear-wheel greasing points are grouped and reachable from ground level.
Travel, parking, auxiliary and emergency brakes cover every duty. Rotomolded water, hydraulic and fuel tanks stay clean and free of corrosion. The 220 L fuel tank supports long shifts. Critical parts and heat-treatment choices are sized for a service life beyond 10,000 hours.
