Shantui
The SRT30-G is a 30 t-class pneumatic-tire roller built for asphalt surface courses and cement-stabilized base layers on provincial roads, national highways and high-grade road projects.
Its tire arrangement gives a 2,750 mm compaction width, and the machine is aimed at road building and municipal road projects.
Dual T-type axles drive the wheel ends directly, with no chain to break and no auxiliary brake required. Dual normally-closed brakes apply on power-off. The zero-play T-axle keeps the chassis steady during truck transport and strapping, with no frame sway.
The engine is mounted at the front of the machine, a layout that leaves open service space behind the rear wheels. Self-lubricating pivot points eliminate daily greasing.
An electric single-lever control provides soft start and stop, so new operators lay a smooth mat without shoving material. Four working modes (climbing, stabilized base, asphalt, travel) are selected at a glance. A push-button blow-air function at the sprinkler nozzles prevents vegetable-oil crystallization. A slip-recovery mode helps the machine out of muddy and rough spots.
Standard multi-mode power settings cut fuel use by 15-20% on light duty. Aftertreatment uses EGR + DOC + DPF with no urea dosing. The engine service interval runs 500 hours, and the rear-wheel auxiliary drive is self-lubricating and maintenance-free.
Front and rear cameras are standard, and a front and rear active safety package is optional. The high-power engine and heavy-duty hydraulic system deliver 30% gradeability. Travel, parking and emergency brakes provide three independent braking paths on site.
