Shantui
The SR22-G is a 22 t-class fully hydraulic, dual-drive single-drum vibratory roller. It is built for sub-base, base and fill compaction on non-cohesive soils such as gravel, crushed stone, sand-gravel mixes and cement-treated layers.
Typical duty covers expressways, bridges, water-conservancy works and urban foundation projects, where the machine delivers high compaction density across long shifts.
Extra-wide pressurized cab with roof-vent air conditioning and fresh-air exchange. Premium interior trim, a pillar-less front section for a clear view of the drum, and large storage compartments.
The sealed cab keeps ear-level noise below 80 dB. Steering lock-to-lock is about 7 turns with steering effort under 20 N. The three-stage isolation mount supports continuous 600-minute shifts, and the joystick integrates direction reversal, amplitude selection and vibration on/off. Six LED work lights and an 8-inch color display are standard.
The shockless vibratory drum starts and stops smoothly. Balanced weight distribution gives even mat finishes, with compaction density on par with industry benchmarks.
Front and rear tow hooks; cup holder in the right console; reversing camera standard; a water-level sight window simplifies daily checks.
Filter elements are grouped and reached by opening the hood. The inverted engine layout leaves room around service points, the front water tank has a removable dust screen, and the oil sump and coolant drains are routed outside for shorter servicing.
Powertrain control with auto-idle and ECO mode cuts combined fuel use by about 15%. Service intervals are 500 h for the engine and 1,000 h for the drive axle and vibratory drum.
A Linde electro-hydraulic system closes the loop on vibration frequency for consistent compaction. Multi-range frequency covers different soils; real-time speed readout and constant-speed control hold the target pace, and vibration can start and stop by one-key or fully automatic modes.
