Shantui
The L53-G is a 5.3 t-class wheel loader with Shantui's latest body design and a 3,000 mm wheelbase. A Weichai electronically controlled Stage IV low-speed engine and front-position articulation make it agile, efficient and easy to service.
It is aimed at loose-material loading and shovel-and-carry work in mining, quarry, port and municipal sites.
Shantui's in-house planetary transmission and torque converter respond quickly, transfer power efficiently and last long. Load capacity is raised across the axle line for stable service.
A new hydraulic design with optional pilot control for the work equipment is light to operate and efficient. Hoses across the articulation are layered so they do not interfere, reducing line failures; well-known brand hydraulic components keep failure rates low.
Single-circuit air-over-hil brakes with a large air tank and intelligent pressure feedback. An oil-water separation combo valve lowers freeze and air-leak risk, and split brake calipers give high torque, good cooling and easy repair.
The upgraded cooling pack is matched precisely to the engine, works in high ambient temperatures, and its fins are easy to clean.
A new ergonomic one-piece sealed cab with improved dampening; optional air conditioning with optimized ducting for faster heating and cooling.
An optimized Z-bar linkage is fast with high breakout force and lift. The low dump angle suits low-level unloading. Reinforced boom and arm cylinders, plus a redesigned bucket, improve fill factor and protect wear zones.
Reinforced front and rear frames with robot welding and CNC machining; wide-opening side guards and a mesh rear screen keep debris out of the cooler; handrails and steps are ergonomically shaped.
