Shantui
The L36K-G is a 3.5 t-class heavy-duty wheel loader from Shantui's newest platform, with a 2,800 mm wheelbase and a lightweight design that balances load distribution.
It is aimed at road building, farm and water projects, bridges, ports and urban sites.
A Weichai low-speed, high-torque engine on the WP4.6 platform with a viscous electromagnetic fan cuts fuel use by about 10 percent versus the previous generation. A fuel-water separator with water-level alarm protects the engine.
Shantui-made speed-increasing transmission and torque converter are matched to the engine for fast acceleration. The drive axles use a three-planetary-wheel hub reduction for high load capacity and low failure rate; four-wheel drive and a lowered center of gravity improve safety and ride.
Sealed one-piece cab around 80 dB noise, optional air conditioning, infinitely adjustable suspended seat, and digital instruments with self-diagnosis alarms.
Reinforced front and rear frames with a 2,800 mm wheelbase and wide-pitch articulation that spreads stress and eases maintenance. A new work linkage and bucket shape combine fast cycles with high breakout force.
Wide-opening side guards with a rear grille that opens sideways; filters within reach; centralized ground-level greasing.
Combination instruments, tilting steering column, integrated fuse boxes, LED lights, and remote fault self-diagnosis.
