Shantui
The SE215EV is a cable-powered (line-feed) excavator driven by a water-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor. It delivers zero emissions and low noise for fixed-duty work sites where travel range is limited.
Rated and peak motor power are 94 and 150 kW, with selectable working modes and speed steps to match different loads.
The water-cooled PMS motor reaches IP65 protection, with selectable working modes and speed steps. The negative-flow hydraulic circuit is a mature, reliable design. Leakage protection and insulation monitoring are standard on an automotive-grade electrical architecture.
The air conditioning heats and cools quickly, keeping the cab comfortable in a low-noise working environment.
The radiator uses five 800 W brushless fans that hold temperature precisely under high load and reverse for self-cleaning. The motor and electric control unit need almost no scheduled maintenance.
Cable-electric drive means zero emissions on site, suited to green-construction rules. Running cost is about 60% lower than a diesel excavator.
