Shantui
The SE215 is a 22 t-class hydraulic excavator with a Weichai dedicated excavator engine tuned for low rpm and high torque, with strong reliability.
Aftertreatment uses a DOC+DPF+EGR route with no urea dosing. The positive-flow hydraulic system with integrated engine–main-valve control improves combined control, and average fuel consumption is cut by more than 5%.
The Weichai custom-developed excavator engine has a large torque reserve and low fuel use, built on a mature manufacturing process. The electronically controlled positive-flow hydraulics with optimized main spools give smooth control and better efficiency.
Structures are optimized for high strength and wear resistance under tough duties. The new-design bucket uses high-strength wear steel for a longer service life.
The 10.1-inch touchscreen offers four working modes, one-key start and smart control. The fully stamped cab shell improves sealing by 30% and cuts noise by 2 dB.
High-efficiency air filter, oil filter and high-precision fuel filter are grouped for one-stop, ground-level maintenance.
