Shantui
The SE205 is a 21.5 t-class hydraulic excavator with a Weichai dedicated engine tuned for low rpm and high torque, built for reliable, strong performance.
Aftertreatment follows a DOC+DPF+EGR route with no urea dosing. The positive-flow hydraulic system with integrated engine–valve control improves combined movement, cutting average fuel consumption by more than 5%.
The Weichai WP4.6N excavator engine needs no urea injection. Paired with Linde positive-flow hydraulics and dynamic power matching, the system runs efficiently and on low fuel.
Built on Shantui’s 40 years of track-system experience, with an optimized bucket shape and reinforced work equipment.
The 10.1-inch touchscreen offers four working modes, one-key start and smart control. The fully stamped cab shell improves sealing by 30% and cuts noise by 2 dB.
Oil and fuel filters are grouped for ground-level checks. The integrated air filter has a longer service interval, keeping maintenance cost down.
