Shantui
The EE215 is a 20 t-class battery-electric excavator. It runs on Shantui’s self-developed electric drive — motor, battery and control — with energy-matching control for low consumption and zero tailpipe emissions.
It suits earth and rock work, tunnels, municipal sites and high-altitude projects where diesel exhaust or noise is restricted. Running cost is well below that of a diesel machine in the same class.
The self-developed battery-electric powertrain delivers zero emissions and low energy use. Energy-matching control adapts output to the duty cycle, keeping efficiency high across mixed work.
A 433 kWh high-voltage battery supports long shifts. Compared with a diesel excavator of the same class, running cost is more than 50% lower.
A 10.1-inch display groups machine information. In-cab noise is as low as 69 dB, and multiple start/stop and high-voltage interlock protections protect the operator and the electric system.
