Safety Cab

Cab body stiffness and strength meet EU ECE R29 regulations. Wide-angle mirrors and down-view mirrors increase visibility by 15%, improving driving safety.

Air-Suspension Seat

The air-suspension seat helps drivers quickly find the perfect position. The integrated seatbelt-and-seat ergonomic design prevents the choking sensation during emergency braking.

Four-Point Air Suspension

The four-point air suspension provides excellent stability, damping and ride comfort. It also features a cab backward-shift function during collisions to protect occupants.

Engine

MC, WD and WP series powertrains with low-speed high-torque characteristics for strong pulling power. High parts commonality across the engine family lowers after-sales maintenance cost and simplifies repairs worldwide.

Transmission

HW-series gearboxes feature a world-leading design — the main gearbox uses dual counter-shafts and the auxiliary uses planetary gears. This makes PTO and shifting simpler, with higher reliability and durability.

Axles

MC-series drive axles and V-series steering axles are improved from German advanced axle designs to the latest standards — higher transmission efficiency, better heat dissipation, stronger load capacity and longer service life. The main reducer uses Oerlikon gears with 10% higher strength.

Chassis

The NX tractor front suspension uses extended two-leaf springs with re-tuned stiffness. The rear suspension uses a main+auxiliary four-leaf design optimized for empty and loaded frequency to avoid resonance. Front-2 rear-4 leaf springs save over 70kg vs. conventional designs while meeting light-weighting targets.
