Shantui
The SRD13-GH is a 13 t-class double-drum vibratory roller built with energy-saving and electronic-control features. Its performance level is comparable to imported machines in the same class, at a lower owning cost.
The 125 kW F4.5 Stage IV engine needs no urea dosing. Vibration frequency is steplessly adjustable up to 67 Hz, and the 2,130 mm drums give a working width suited to highway, airfield and urban paving crews.
Vibration frequency is steplessly adjustable, up to a high of 67 Hz, which raises paving efficiency by about 34%. The 125 kW engine has large power reserve and meets China Stage IV without urea dosing. The Linde independent vibration hydraulic system gives high vibration efficiency and fast vibration start, and adaptive engine power control saves more than 5% fuel.
Three soft start/stop modes suit different operators and avoid shoving the mix at start and stop, across hot and cold material with different braking distances. A large rotational-moulded water tank offers 12 adjustable spray levels and matches water flow to travel speed, manually or automatically. An 8-inch colour display shows functions and alarms with proactive service reminders, and a 12-position speed-control knob matches frequency to speed.
The new wide cab with upgraded interior has heating and air conditioning with roof outlets. The entire operator platform rotates 180 degrees for comfortable forward and reverse running. LED work lights improve night paving, and the water tank filler neck is low enough to fill from the ground.
All pivot points are grease-free by design, so daily greasing is not needed. Engine and hydraulic filters are externally mounted for ground-level service with the hood open, and the radiator guard is detachable for easy cleaning.
