Shantui
The SR26H-G is a new-generation 26 t-class fully hydraulic, single-drive single-drum vibratory roller. It compacts sub-base, base and fill layers of non-cohesive soils on large foundation works such as expressways, airports and urban sites.
On the SSC2.0 autonomous platform the machine supports automatic compaction, collision warning and smart interaction, which suits earth-fill work on roads, railways, yards, industrial parks and water projects where night and repeat-pass work is routine.
Extra-wide cab, with steering controls moved to the left armrest to free leg room. Roof-vent air conditioning with fresh-air exchange, premium trim, pillar-less front view and large storage compartments.
The sealed cab keeps in-cab noise below 80 dB. Electric power steering is light and sensitive, with steering effort under 15 N. Three-stage isolation supports 600-minute shifts, and the joystick integrates direction reversal and the horn. Six LED work lights and a 10-inch integrated display are standard.
Shockless drum with smooth start and stop; balanced weight ratio for even mat finish and high compaction density. In autonomous mode the machine follows standardized passes for consistent compaction quality.
Front and rear tow hooks. The reversing camera is joined by millimeter-wave radar, which warns and brakes automatically when an obstacle appears in the travel path. A water-level sight window eases daily checks.
Filter elements are grouped and reached by opening the hood. The inverted engine layout leaves room around service points, the front water tank has a removable dust screen, and the oil sump and coolant drains are routed outside for shorter servicing.
Compaction measurement, 360-degree cameras, padfoot drum and electric hood opener are available on request.
Powertrain control with auto-idle and ECO mode cuts fuel use by a further 10–15%. In autonomous mode one operator supervises several machines, and work is unaffected by night visibility. Engine service interval is 500 h; drive axle and drum 1,000 h.
Linde electro-hydraulic closed-loop vibration control, multi-range frequency and constant-speed travel keep compaction consistent. Vibration starts or stops by one key or automatically, and manned-assist and fully autonomous work modes can be selected per site condition, with selectable radar warning and braking in assist mode.
