Shantui
The SR26-G is Shantui's new-generation 26 t-class all-hydraulic dual-drive single-drum vibratory roller. It compacts non-cohesive soils such as gravel, crushed stone, sand-gravel mixes and concrete, and is aimed at large foundation projects.
The machine combines productivity, economy, operator comfort and service access, with closed-loop control of vibration frequency for even compaction quality.
The extra-large roller cab has roof-outlet air conditioning with fresh-air exchange. Premium trim is standard, the no-A-pillar design gives a wider view, and large storage space carries operator items.
Turning lock-to-lock is reduced to 7 turns with steering effort under 20 N. The three-stage vibration isolation keeps fatigue down through 600-minute shifts. The lever combines direction, high/low amplitude and vibration start/stop. Six LED lights support night work, and the new dashboard carries an 8-inch display.
The shock-free drum starts and stops vibration smoothly. The matched machine mass ratio gives even compaction, with compaction degree at a leading level.
Front and rear tow hooks ease towing. A cup holder is integrated into the right console. A rear-view camera is standard for safety, and a water-level sight glass simplifies checks.
Service filters are grouped for replacement under the opened hood. The inverted engine layout makes maintenance easier, the front water-tank dust screen is easy to clean, and the engine oil drain and water drain are routed externally.
Powertrain control with auto idle and ECO mode cuts overall fuel use by 15 percent. The engine service interval is 500 hours, and the drive axle and drum intervals run to 1,000 hours.
A Linde electro-hydraulic hydraulic system closes the loop on vibration frequency for better compaction. Multiple frequency steps suit different jobs, and real-time speed display with constant-speed control holds the target speed. Manual one-touch and automatic vibration start/stop modes are available.
Active avoidance system, compaction measurement, full-vehicle camera, padfoot drum and electric-propeller hood are available.
