Shantui
The SKE105-X is a battery-electric wide-body mining truck built around a CATL 396.45 kWh LFP battery pack, a Kaibo Yikong drive motor and gearbox, and a HanDe axle, on Shantui's own chassis for high uptime.
The truck charges on site rather than swapping packs, which suits operations that can recharge during shift breaks.
The CATL 396 kWh T-size battery pack works with a Kaibo Yikong 450 kW motor, the Kaibo Yikong gearbox and a HanDe axle as a matched package. Axle-load distribution is balanced, and an electric eddy-current retarder is available to improve braking reliability and safety.
The channel-beam ladder frame resists bending and torsion on rough mine roads. The subframe has been removed, which lowers the center of gravity and improves stability.
The combined V-rod layout takes lateral forces off the rear leaf springs, and the eight-link combined V-rod design improves rear-suspension reliability and spring life. The front axle uses hydro-pneumatic suspension, and the rear leaf pack has 14 leaves 120 mm wide with variable thickness, balancing mine-site stiffness with a cushioned ride.
The third-generation cab is roomy with a wide view and a semi-floating mount, and it comes with an air-suspension seat.
A tailgate-free body and an electric eddy-current retarder are available on request.
