Shantui
The LH60-G is a high-end hydrostatic wheel loader from Shantui, pairing a Shantui-Weichai WP7 engine with Linde hydraulics. Compared with torque-converter loaders of the same size, it saves more than 20 percent fuel at equal output.
It is aimed at coal, ports, stockpiles and aggregate yards.
The Shantui-Weichai WP7 Stage IV engine uses a custom calibration matched to the hydrostatic system. A standard electromagnetic clutch fan cuts fuel and noise; the 300 L fuel tank and 30 L DEF tank support long shifts.
Closed-loop Linde pump and bent-axis motor, automatic power control, a dedicated hydrostatic transmission, and a reinforced drive axle with about 30 percent longer service life.
Load-sensing work circuit with a Rexroth valve for simultaneous movements and about 10 percent faster cycles; priority steering; hydraulic braking eliminates grade roll-away; smooth start-stop and reversing reduce shock to the drivetrain.
Enclosed ROPS/FOPS cab with air conditioner, 20 percent more space, noise under 78 dB(A), suspension seat and ergonomic controls.
FNR on the joystick, no in-shift gear changes, traction control, ECO mode, auto idle shutdown, optional rear camera.
Self-diagnosis, wide-opening guards, ground-level filters, split planetary carrier, centralized greasing.
