Shantui
The LE70-X6 is Shantui's new-generation battery-electric wheel loader, upgrading the X5 platform with a new battery pack, thermal management, high-voltage system and body layout. It is built for medium-to-heavy duty with strong output, smart electric control and a comfortable ride.
The new cab and mid-positioned hinge give balanced load distribution. Typical uses include sand yards, earthworks and ore handling.
The battery pack is fully enclosed with CALB cells in 350 or 426 kWh configurations; Weichai and CATL packs of 350, 357, 423, 426, 433 and 453 kWh are also available to match different range needs. An upgraded high-speed flat-wire three-motor system (two travel motors plus one hydraulic motor) is about 3% more efficient than round-wire motors. Travel motors drive the high-speed gearbox, the hydraulic motor drives the pumps, and a DC-DC module charges the low-voltage battery, with no multi-in-one controller to cut failure rates.
A Shantui-built dual-input high-speed gearbox has no clutch or shift-fork shifting, for higher reliability, longer life and good transmission efficiency. Standard Yunyu or Hande reinforced drive axles run 26.5-25 tires (28-ply front, 20-ply rear) for higher load capacity.
A fixed-displacement twin-pump merged hydraulic system uses a triple pump for the work circuit and high efficiency. The steering system uses flow amplification, which needs less effort than coaxial flow amplification. Full hydraulic braking with dry axles is safe and reliable, and hydraulic pilot control with a single-lever pilot stick comes standard.
A three-in-one system joins cab air conditioning, battery thermal management and machine cooling in one integrated unit. Cab air conditioning and battery cooling share a compressor, while all three share fans, cutting system energy use.
The extra-spacious cab has a seat-following armrest box, standard rear-view camera and refrigerated air conditioning. The upgraded 10.1-inch touchscreen integrates the rear-view camera, parameter setting and climate control.
The hood tilts fully back through 65 degrees for large service space. Filters are grouped near the hinge, and the transmission filler hose is routed outward. The radiator sits at the rear for easy fan and core cleaning.
