Shantui
The LE60-X6 is a 6 t-class battery-electric wheel loader with upgraded drivetrain, high-voltage system, thermal management and body layout for a more comfortable ride and easier service. It is widely used in power plants, coal mines, aggregate plants and ports.
An AI-assisted package is available across two versions and six option packs, covering voice interaction, one-key assistance, remote control and automatic loading, suited to emergency response, bulk material transfer, port hold cleaning and batching-plant feeding.
A large-capacity LFP battery pack comes in 289, 357 or 433 kWh versions to match range needs. A dual-gun fast-charge inlet is standard and works with generic EV chargers of different power. Operating cost is about RMB 100 per hour below a diesel machine of the same class; at 3,000 hours a year that is roughly RMB 300,000 saved.
A Shantui-developed high-speed single-reduction gearbox has no clutch-type shifting, for higher reliability and longer life. Twin high-speed flat-wire travel motors couple their output for about 3% better efficiency. Speed varies steplessly from zero to maximum with no shift shock.
The extra-large cab reclines far and includes a standard 10.1-inch touchscreen with human-machine interaction, rear-view camera, air conditioning and radio. Work-tool control is hydraulic pilot; the lever integrates horn, FNR and range selection for fingertip operation.
The new work-tool platform has an optimized linkage for fast movement, strong breakout force and good lift height. High-strength design with CAE optimization removes local weak spots for severe duty, and a rich range of work-tool configurations covers special applications.
A full rear-tilting hood opens to 65 degrees for large service space. The radiator sits at the rear for easy fan and core cleaning, and grease points are routed outward for fast greasing.
