The LE60-X5 is a 6 t-class battery-electric wheel loader with a streamlined body and precisely tuned electric control. It produces zero emissions at work and is aimed at power plants, coal mines and steel mills.
It combines economic and environmental benefits for customers targeting green, efficient operation.
A large LFP battery pack comes in 282, 289, 350 or 357 kWh versions to match range needs. A standard dual-gun fast-charge inlet works with generic EV chargers. Operating cost is about RMB 106 per hour below a same-class diesel machine; at 3,000 hours a year that is about RMB 328,000 saved.
A FAST electric-controlled shift-fork gearbox gives fast response and high efficiency with no transmission hydraulic system, for a simpler, more reliable driveline. A high-torque travel motor drives the gearbox directly without a torque converter, raising efficiency by about 20%. Motor speed varies steplessly from zero for smooth starts.
The upgraded cab is extra-spacious with a seat that reclines far, and includes a standard 9-inch screen with HD rear-view camera, heating/cooling air conditioning and Bluetooth radio. Pilot control gives comfortable work-tool operation; the lever integrates horn, FNR and range selection.
The new work-tool platform has an optimized linkage for fast movement, strong breakout and high lift. High-strength design with CAE optimization removes local weak spots for severe duty, with a rich range of configurations for special applications.
The battery pack and radiator sit together behind the cab, so coolant filling is quick. The hood tilts backward at a large one-key angle for big service space. Filters are grouped near the hinge for fast element changes, and grease points are routed outward.
