The LE59-X6 is a 5.8 t-class battery-electric wheel loader. It uses the latest CTB battery structure, high-speed motors and integrated motor-controller technology, with the electric drivetrain, powertrain and machine layout all upgraded.
Rated load is 5,800 kg with a 3-5 m³ bucket range. The battery pack is available in 350, 353, 400 or 417 kWh to match different shift-length requirements.
An integrated three-in-one thermal management system raises integration level versus separate units. The tilting steering column improves operating comfort, and the integrated relay and fuse boxes simplify inspection. Key components including the VCU, BMS and MCU can be upgraded remotely over OTA.
The hood tilts fully backward through 65 degrees for large service space. The radiator sits at the rear of the machine, and its electric fan is easy to maintain. Centralized lubrication points are routed to ground level, so daily greasing can be done standing up.
Reinforced box-section front and rear frames give high strength and long life. The wide-pitch hinge uses tapered roller bearings top and bottom with sealed lubrication for higher load capacity in severe duty. The rear frame is CAE-optimized, and the universal work-tool linkage gives fast movement and strong breakout force.
The one-piece sealed cab cuts noise to around 70 dB, with upgraded dampers and standard heating and cooling air conditioning. A 10.1-inch touchscreen integrates the rear-view camera, climate control and radio.
A high-speed dual-motor system (travel motor plus hydraulic motor) uses motor-controller two-in-one units without a multi-in-one controller, for higher reliability. A FAST high-speed two-speed transmission and reinforced drive axles with large-module gears carry heavy loads.
The integral CTB battery pack uses space better and is more dust-resistant. The high-voltage box is integrated with the final battery-layer cover, and the stacked pack with under-slung mounting improves space utilization.
