Shantui
The SE980LC is a 98 t-class heavy-duty excavator built for high-efficiency loading and earthmoving. Its high-power engine, intelligent interactive control system and reinforced structure carry a 110 t-class undercarriage for higher load capacity.
It is widely used in infrastructure, water conservancy, commercial building earthworks, and mine operations.
A 571 kW engine puts about 30% more power into the same weight class. A 300 cc large-displacement main pump and full-electronic system are tuned for low-speed, high-torque response; fuel consumption at equal output is about 10% below competing machines.
Reinforced work equipment and upper and lower structures cut stress by about 15% and extend life by about 30%. The 110 t-class four-wheel-and-track undercarriage with lengthened variable gauge raises load capacity by about 30%.
A 10.1-inch touchscreen offers multiple duty modes, intelligent display and interaction, control assistance, fault diagnosis and one-key start.
A high-end heated air-suspension seat, high-power quiet air conditioner, low vibration and noise, and extended levers make operation comfortable and light. Several cab protection options are available.
