Shantui
The SE900LC is a 90 t-class heavy hydraulic excavator built for mining duty. Shantui targets it at metal and coal mines in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi and Xinjiang, where it loads haul trucks and strips overburden, with breaker-assisted secondary breaking as a secondary duty.
Power and hydraulics are matched at a high specification. A low-loss fully electronic hydraulic system works with a high-efficiency combustion engine, so pump flow and engine output follow the job rather than running to a fixed map.
A high-spec power and hydraulic package delivers strong digging forces and high cycle output for continuous mine work. Low-loss fully electronic hydraulics together with a high-efficiency engine are matched so power and flow follow demand.
The cab has an air-suspended seat, a wide floor, low vibration and low noise. Front guard mesh protects the operator on benches where fly rock is a risk.
The five main structural components are designed with a high safety factor and built to carry repeated shock loads over a long service life.
A 10.1-inch smart display adds auto work-mode recognition, selectable operating modes, remote machine monitoring, an anti-theft ID system and a thermal management readout so the operator keeps the machine in its efficient band.
