Shantui
The SE800LC is Shantui's ~80 t-class heavy hydraulic excavator for high-productivity, high-load work. It pairs a Weichai WP15H engine with a Linde large-displacement main pump, a combination the company quotes as fuel efficient and quick to respond.
Typical duty includes mine loading, frozen-ground excavation, canal digging and land reclamation. The machine needs no exhaust aftertreatment and no urea dosing.
A Weichai WP15H high-power engine drives a Linde 300 cc main pump, covering the sustained loads of mine duty. No aftertreatment and no urea dosing are required.
A new-generation cab carries a 10.1-inch touchscreen, one-button start, air-suspended seat, six noise-reduction measures and a 360-degree camera system.
The Shantui mining-class undercarriage reflects 40 years of field work: load capacity up about 30%, service life roughly doubled, no oil leakage at -35 °C, and double-grouser track shoes.
An oil-bath air prefilter protects the engine. Engine and hydraulic filters are grouped in the pump compartment, an independent oil cooler is fitted, and the engine oil filter has a 500 h interval.
