Shantui
The SE750HB is a breaker carrier built on the 75 t-class platform. It takes 230 or 248-class breakers and offers one-key single-/double-pump switching, so the operator trades productivity against fuel use to match the rock.
The control logic, cooling and hydraulics are all tuned for continuous breaking rather than digging, which is the normal duty on demolition, quarry and road-recycling sites.
A custom Weichai WP14T Stage-IV engine rated at 562 kW leaves generous power reserve, and the fuel map is optimized for breaking duty. No urea dosing is required, which cuts running cost.
A boosted pump-suction design raises the main pump's intake ability, which improves performance at altitude. An added pump drain filter keeps oil clean and protects the pump under breaking loads.
The carrier and hammer are matched as a system. One-key single/double-pump switching covers different efficiency and fuel targets, blow rhythm stays steady and pressure even. Breaker-specific control logic cuts spill-over and throttling losses, and adaptive pressure tuning reduces wasted energy.
Independent water and oil coolers with a 90 t-class radiator handle the heat of continuous breaking. The controller auto-recognises the duty and matches engine speed to the pump's absorbed power in the efficient fuel band.
