Shantui
The SE60 is a 5.96 t next-generation small crawler excavator with an upgraded powertrain, good fuel economy and a load-sensing hydraulic system. Single-function speeds are about 5 percent faster than competing models.
Engine core components carry a 5-year / 10,000-hour warranty. The machine is aimed at road building, farm and water projects, and urban construction.
A Weichai custom engine with an optimized turbocharger improves fuel economy. The enlarged engine compartment and revised cooling ducts raise heat dissipation by 20 percent. The load-sensing hydraulic system is about 5 percent faster on single movements, and a new high-torque swing motor raises torque by 20 percent for stronger slope work.
A new X-type track frame with wider gauge improves stability by 8 percent, and the new-profile dozer blade is taller and wider for easier finish grading.
The frame-type cab adds strength and impact protection. New molded interior trim and a restyled switch layout make operation easier. A high-output air conditioner with 360-degree adjustable vents improves cooling, and a 7-inch color screen integrates mode control, auto-idle and fuel-remaining display.
Engine core components are covered for 5 years or 10,000 hours. The S-Star cloud platform and the mobile app link factory, dealer, owner and operator for live machine monitoring. The three-piece rear hood opens wide; the compressor belt is adjustable without dropping the underbody shield, and the self-lubricating swing motor needs no scheduled gear-oil change.
