Weichai WP8H, 8.2 L displacement, with strong low-end torque and fast response. The new positive-flow system speeds up cycles and makes movements smoother. The large-displacement pump lets the engine run at economical low speed for lower noise and fuel use; optimized engine-pump matching cuts fuel by about 5-10% at equal output, and refined spools make movements softer.

A reinforced one-piece profiled-steel-tube cab structure adds impact protection. A high-definition rear camera removes tail blind spots, and multi-angle work lights (360 degrees optional) improve site safety. Silicone-oil sealed mounts stiffen the cab floor and reduce operator fatigue. The high-output heating/cooling air conditioner optimizes airflow (about 15% more wind), and powertrain noise is cut by 2 dB.

The standard 1.6 m3 earthwork bucket lifts loading output 15% with better stability. Boom and arm use box-section high-strength steel with cast front/rear supports and UT-tested key welds. The upgraded undercarriage has 10-15% higher load capacity and double-support carrier rollers. Bucket bottom, side and reinforcement plates use high-strength wear materials. The enlarged three-parallel radiator improves cooling by about 20%.

An enlarged pump bay and engine hood give ample service space; air filter, washer bottle, battery switch and electric cabinet sit in the radiator bay, while fuel filter, oil filter and tank drain sit in the pump bay, for grouped daily checks. The hood opens wide on two gas struts. The urea tank has a side opening with two safety locks, and the enlarged bottom access window covers all main-valve ports.

A standard 10.1-inch touchscreen with smart display, interaction and control plus push-button start. A CAN-based management system automatically controls air-conditioning temperature and work lights by environment and clock, and matches working mode to site conditions.
