Optimized spool geometry, regeneration passages and control strategy cut pressure loss and make combined movements smoother. The positive-flow system with Shantui’s integrated engine–pump–main-valve control improves cycle efficiency and cuts fuel use by around 10% compared with competing machines.

Boom and arm use large-section box structures reinforced at the loaded points, and the bucket bottom, side plates and reinforcing plates are high-strength wear steel. Multiple boom, arm and bucket lengths, plus quick-coupler attachments, cover different duties.

The 10.1-inch touchscreen groups machine functions in one place. The injection-moulded interior uses low-fatigue colours; the floor area is generous, visibility is wide and the powerful heating and air conditioning keep the cab comfortable in all seasons.

Shantui’s track system — rollers, idlers, sprockets and track shoes — comes from 30 years of in-house development, with forged and heat-treated components for stable field performance.

The control unit matches engine and hydraulic power to the job, raising efficiency and lowering fuel use. Duty modes are detected automatically, and within each mode the operator can tune movement priority to his own style. A cloud platform reports machine location, travel route and working status.

The rear-opening engine hood is gas-strut assisted with a wide opening angle. The oil filter and high-precision fuel filter sit behind the right-side door for ground-level checks, and coolant refill and air-filter exchange are within easy reach.

Options include a fuel transfer pump, cab beacon, roof lamp, rear camera, roof and front guards, rubber tracks and a narrow bucket. Approved attachments cover breaker, ripper, log grapple, stone grapple, quick coupler and hydraulic compactor, with breaker piping.
