Shantui
The SE20EI is a battery-electric mini excavator with zero exhaust, low noise and low running cost. It is built for sites where clean air and quiet operation matter, such as breweries, food plants, farms and interior rebuilding inside existing buildings.
The 20.6 kWh lithium battery and load-sensing hydraulics give it the digging feel of a diesel machine without the fumes, which makes it a fit for urban and indoor work where emissions rules are tight.
The battery, motor and controller package follows an established three-electric-system route for stable, reliable running. Load-sensing hydraulics adjust flow and pressure to the actual load for precise control, and the high-strength steel frame absorbs the demands of tougher sites.
A high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor delivers sustained output. The 20.6 kWh battery covers a full shift, and the machine comes with an AC charging gun; a DC fast-charge option tops the battery up in about 1.5 hours.
Operating cost is around 6.5 yuan lower per hour than a comparable diesel machine. At 2,000 hours a year, that is roughly 14,000 yuan saved in energy and maintenance. The maintenance-free motor also cuts service labor and downtime.
The high-voltage system carries multiple interlocks and protections. A smart display reports machine status, and the adjustable seat is built around the operator's posture.
